v                Obtained Doctorate (Department of Modern Arab and Islamic World Studies, Information Division) from Sarborn University (Fourth Paris), in June 1990.

 

Research Subject: (Political Renaissance of Islam and How did the French Media Analyze it form 1980 to 1990)

 

v                Obtained a Certificate in DEA- Deep Studies (Master Degree) from Sarborn University (Department of History of Islamic Culture) 1987.

v                Appointed by the General Secretary of Arab League in 1981 H.E. El Shadli El Qalibi as an Assignee of the Committee formed for preparing a media plan for the Arab League.

 

v                Director In-Charge and Chief Editor of Al Amal Newspaper, a silent language of Constitutional Party from 1981 -1986.

 

v                Member of National Committee for Information 1982 – Originated from ALECSO.

 

v                Media Program Producer for National Television from 1971-1979.

 

v                Obtained the First Appreciation Certificate for the written journalism in 1976, which is awarded by Tunisian Journalists Association yearly.

 

v                A number of essays and analyses have been published in the French and Tunisian Newspapers during the past twenty years about cultural, economic and political subjects. 

 

v                Foundation Member of Journalists Union for the Mediterranean White Sea Dock, July 1983 at Malta.

Cultural and Scientific Activities:

 

v                Advisor of Qatar Future Studies Centre from May 1996 till today.

 

v                Member of Advisory Board of Qatar Centre for the Presentation of Islam (QCPI), under the Ministry of Endowments in the State of Qatar, 1996.

 

v                Member of first selected administrative board of Tunisian Writers Union 1970. Re-elected in 1979.

 

v                Member of Qatar Academic Committee for the service of Islam through Internet, in 1997.

 

v                Appointed by ALECSO as a member of Supreme Council for Arab and Islamic Culture.

 

v                Lecturer and Member in World Chiller Institute. Delivered a number of lectures on its stage in Washington, Paris, Rome, and Saldrove about international relations and problems of development in the third world from 1982 to 1994.

 

v                Worked as Head of Publication Interests at John Afric Publication and Information House at Paris.

 

v                Included in the major Tunisian literature selections and its anthologies published from 1970 till the date.

 

v                Some of his literatures were translated to Russian language and included in the modern Arabic literature program of Eastern Language Institute at Moscow.

 

v                Founder and General Director of Arab Publication and Distribution House at Tunis, 1979-1981.

 

v                Participated in the major Arab and international book exhibitions (Doha, Cairo, Algeria, Tunis, Frankfort, Nice, Brussels and Bolonia).

 

v                Wrote in 1991 a group of essays about Islam and West in the Lomond Williabrasion Newspaper of  France and Al Sharq Newspaper of Qatar.

 

v                Participated in a number of seminars and conferences conducted by UN, UNESCO, Arab League and ALECSO. The last of them was a Conference on the Relation between Education and Development, conducted by UNESCO in Doha (October 1997), where The UNESCO elected Dr. Al Qudidi as a General Assignee of the Conference.

 

v                Published a Magazine for Researches and Islamic Studies Centre of Qatar University, in which the subject “Communication and Information Security and Example of the Arab World” was discussed. (Spring 2002)

 

v                Published a Magazine for Ministry of Interior, State of Qatar, in which the subject “Information Security and Arab World” was discussed.  ( Autumn 2001) .

 

Political Responsibilities:

 

v                Elected as a member of Tunisian Parliament Member for the period 1981-1986.

 

v                Elected as an Assignee for Political Committee of the Parliament, 1981-1984.

 

v                Elected as a member of Central Committee of Ruling Constitutional Party in the party conference (April 1981). Re-elected in the conference of June 1986.

 

v                Unanimously elected as the head of parliament seminar for European and Arab dialogue, conducted in the German Parliament at Bonn in September 1982.

 

v                Elected as spokesman of Arab parliamentarians at European Information Bodies in September 1982.

 

v                Represented Tunis in all world parliament conferences (Lagos, Rome and Bonn) and in the seminar on European and Arab Dialogue, conducted in Tunis 1983.

 

v                Founder member of Arab Moroccan League 1980.

 

v                Accompanied Head of Tunisian Government to all African and Arab Summits and countries of non alliance from 1981 to 1986. Also accompanied in his official visits to Arab Gulf countries, Arab Morocco, Africa and Europe.

 

v                Appointed by the President Tunisian Republic as the Director and Chief Editor of the Labour Party Newspaper from 1981 to 1986.
